Our achc family consists of a bunch of diligent, hardworking members from various departments. Today we want to introduce our family, so you know exactly who to turn to with your questions and inquiries.
Let’s start with our CEO Sven Schwarz who always stays on top of things, presenting solutions to issues that haven’t even shown up yet. He’s a genuine man of action and takes care of the strategic corporate planning as well as final price negotiations. He’s strongly supported by his wife and right hand Maxi who’s in charge of accounting and contract administration. With the patience of a Saint, she loves to read and create endless pages of contracts that bore most of us. Together with our own personal “feelgood manager” Kurt (the family’s and office dog), she makes sure that every employee lacks for nothing and feels comfortable and supported in the best way possible.
Lisa Hager is our Key Account Manager and in charge of sales. She serves our customers in Germany and abroad, starting from inquiry to product development to after sales. In close cooperation with the customer she develops and determines the product’s features regarding recipe, packaging and volume planning. Day-to-day business like order processing is also her responsibility. Upon request by the customer, Lisa is passionate about creating entire product concepts.
Stephanie Ditscherlein is our head of project and product management and a highly skilled expert on this subject. She meticulously examines the products’ labels and declarations in regards of marketability which always leaves us impressed with how much knowledge she has. Together with Lisa she manages the product development process and makes sure that every necessary resource like packaging material in available in time. Being our quality representative she ensures smooth processes and compliances with our high quality standards.
Our social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are being managed by our marketing guru Janine Wolf. She writes texts, creates images and presentations and is hence in charge of our public perception. Our company’s homepage and blog are her babies which she keeps feeding with new insights and issues every week. Besides typical marketing tasks, Janine also supports Lisa in data maintenance of various platforms like Europages.
